Does it come from evtv pre flashed? In savvycan it does not show me an option for baud rate when I selected the proper serial port.

Sorry for the long delay, I'm terrible about catching new messages on here...

Hopefully you got it working. But, there is a binary updater on the main page of savvycan.com that would flash the proper firmware on there for you.
